Sindh, Pakistan Floods Emergency Fund (by CANSA)

Canadian Sindhi Association (CANSA) is looking for your support to provide immediate financial assistance to help impacted people in Sindh due to current situation of floods in the province. Thousands of people are displaced from their homes and many have lost their livestocks and crops and are in dire need of food, shelter, clothings etc.

CANSA will highly appreciate your support and will help expedite the distribution of funds to most impacted areas of Sindh. Please come forward with open hearts to support our brothers and sisters back home. This request is on urgent basis as the need is right now.

CANSA will act with full responsibility and transparency with distribution of funds and report back to community.

1. CANSA is an not for profit organization and it’s members are Sindhis living in Canada having roots connected to Sindh in Pakistan. Organization works to promote Sindhi culture and arts in Canada bringing together the Sindhi diaspora to one platform and also perform charity and social assistance programs in Sindh. 2. Funds will be collected in personal account of Sanjey Nachnani - VP, Finance - CANSA and then distributed through various channels to affected areas in various districts of Sindh with the help of Executive body of CANSA.

3. Funds will be distributed to volunteer groups and organizations through western union transfer, banking transfer or cash which will be used to buy food and other staple items for distribution to needy who have been impacted by floods.
