Single Dad Fights Kidney Failure

Three years ago this December my younger brother, age 36, was diagnosed with Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis. Also known as FSGS which is a rare disease that attacks the kidney’s filtering units (glomeruli) causing serious scarring which leads to permanent kidney damage and even failure. FSGS is one of the causes of a serious condition known as Nephrotic Syndrome.
My brother, Dustin aka Bling, is the primary provider for his 2 teenage daughters.
Dustin has been unable to work more than 6 hours in the past 8 weeks. This makes it very difficult to get by, nevermind the countless doctors appointments and bills that are now adding up.
It is extremely difficlut to do anything when this condition takes such a toll on his body. He gains up to 60lbs of water weight in just days. Swelling to the point that putting on shoes and bending over seems impossible. His work is physical labor. When he has been unable to work during the days he goes in and works through the nights. The past 2 months have really tested his faith in not being able bring home a decent check.
I am here to ask for help on my brothers behalf. He would never do this himself. I wish I could personally help more but I'm doing all I can. If everyone that reads this could find it in your giving hearts to donate what you can little or large. Any amount will be greatly appreciated!
