Help single dad of three keep his eyesight

Hello friends and family. My brother Wesley is a single dad and needs emergency eye surgery to allow him to keep his eyesight. He was receiving injections to slow the progress of blindness, but it's now too late for the injections. The medical expenses have already become a significant burden for him as insurance only covers so much. We pray that the additional financial burden of surgery is one less burden for him to bear.
