Single Dad with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer Needs Help

Hi Chuck is fighting stage four prostate cancer. He just found out about 6 months ago that he has advanced prostate cancer. They had to start chemotherapy and radiation immediately because his cancer is in such an advance state. He is a single father with a mortgage and a job, he has worked hard all of his life to support his family. He’s not doing very well with the radiation and is unable to work about three out of five days a week he is scheduled but is doing his best to go to work in spite of being so sick so that he doesn’t lose his medical insurance. All of the money that he had saved has been used to cover other bills, including utilities, insurance, and the mortgage. He is in dire need of financial help, at this time he is several thousand dollars past due on his mortgage because he has been unable to work full time hours due to the sickness and pain of the cancer and radiation treatments. His recovery time after treatment has him continuing to throw up for days after his treatments. His daughter was looking forward to starting college this fall, but that will be impossible at this point. She has always been very smart and good at whatever she does, she was a cheerleader and good at sports as well as an incredible academic achiever, she could read at four years old and tested into an international bachelorette school. He has a positive attitude in spite of the pain and frustration of being so sick. This family is hurting in so many ways and if you have a heart any little bit you can donate will help. Trying to stay positive is very difficult because he stands to lose everything he has worked so hard for. He came from a very difficult childhood and background and was able to bypass that and was able to purchase them a home in 2016. Please help. if you have a kind heart or are single father yourself, please consider helping him. I cannot think of anyone else who deserves it more.. thank you. My heart breaks for them and if I was able, I would help! I think about all of the fathers who are absent from their children’s lives. This man has been there for his child throughout her entire life and has done an outstanding job of caring and teaching her to love and respect and care for others. All I’m asking is for a little help to get him through this, so that he is able to pay the bills and they don’t end up homeless.

update: Chuck is now being charged out of pocket for some of his medication which causes an even more serious situation. The medication costs alone eat up most of the money he is able to earn from working the 2-3 days a week he is able to work…they’re in dire need of donations and assistance as well as prayers!
