Help, single mom, disabled child

Hi my name is Mikayla. I am reaching out to the community for help, I have two kids and one is a transplant recipient that comes with a lot of meds, a lot of appointments, and frequent hospital stays. Suffers from seizures from time to time. I have missed out on work due to the back and forth and couldn’t cover my rent. Im reaching out for help to avoid getting evicted with two kids especially a kid on meds and health issues. Anything helps please and thank you.
