Single Mom Cover Emergency C-Section Expenses

Hi,

My name is Ashlyn, and I'm fundraising for a dear friend of mine, who is truly the kindest and most generous person you could ever possibly meet. She will give her last to help someone in need, while sacrificing her needs or wants in the process. She is woman of God, who motivates others, who sees the positive in a bad situation, who gives willingly, and loves people from all walks of life. This woman is none other than Ashley McDonald.

Ashley found out she was 2 months pregnant with her 3rd child. Despite what others said or suggested, Ashley chose LIFE, believing that her unborn child had a PURPOSE in life GREATER than her knowledge. Giving the circumstances, Ashley worked endlessly in the efforts to save money, to prepare for her unborn child, while still caring for her other 2 children. Little did Ashley know that Pre-eclampsia would alter her efforts and nearly take her life, thus forcing Ashley to undergo an Emergency C-Section and deliver her child several weeks earlier than expected. Thankfully, the C-Section was a medical success, and a beautiful little girl was born. Though her daughter was doing well, despite being premature, Ashley's health was an uphill battle, resulting in an extended hospital stay. After finally being discharged from the hospital, Ashley looked forward to moving forward in motherhood. Unfortunately, it wasn't until 3 weeks postpartum, that the insurance company DENIED her medical claim, resulting in no financial support during her leave of absence from work. Of course this came as a shock, and has Ashley at a lost financially and emotionally. As a result, everything that Ashley has worked to earn and maintain, is now hanging in the balance.
