Single mom seeking community support

It's so difficult to have to say I need help and can't do this alone. I am a single mother who has been out of work since April due to pandemic and was on unemployment that stopped a month ago. I have no income and stressed out and suffer severe anxiety attacks and fear that me and my children will end up homeless living on the streets. I recently received an eviction notice, and failure to pay and possibly impound on my car. I have no gas in my car no groceries I'm a complete mess and needing help from the community. I was a medical assistant for 4 years and to go from living well to worrying everyday is a nightmare. Please help keep a roof over our heads, anything contributed will go towards rent and groceries for my children and me. I greatly appreciate any contributions made.
