Support 6-year-old who has been abused

I am writing on behalf of a single mother of 2, ages 6 and 4 months old. Hannah is temporarily homeless since leaving an abusive relationship upon learning her daughter was also being abused. Hannah has been living through hell since that time and she and her daughter will need extensive counseling. Hannah's daughter is despondent in the classroom and frequently awakes from nightmares. Her stories of abuse will forever haunt her and those who've heard them. Only God's mercy will make her right again.

Legal and counseling costs have added to the stress of this struggling family. Hannah and her family have given and continue to give what they can to help this mother, months old baby, and 6-year-old girl the counseling and representation she requires. Like most of us currently struggling financially, she is as well, while still trying to help her daughter through the abuse from a family member.

After the legal proceedings are finished, they will need a place and time to heal. With God's healing, Hannah looks forward to returning to work to support her girls and become independent. This has been an exhausting battle, filled with tears and heartache. Their fight for protection is ongoing and they ask for your prayers. Please pray for God to heal, protect, and allow them to flourish as a young family.
