Help Sir the Husky Heal – Life-Saving Ear Surgery Needed
Sir is a sweet 3-year-old husky mix who was saved from euthanasia at Downey Animal Care Center. When Bubbles Dog Rescue stepped in, Sir was in visible pain—he had a painful, cauliflower-like growth in his right ear that caused him constant discomfort.
Determined to ease his suffering, we took Sir to multiple vet appointments, including visits with ear specialists. Despite rounds of medication and treatments, the vets ultimately determined that surgery was the only way to truly relieve his pain and give him the life he deserves.
Sir needs a procedure called a Total Ear Canal Ablation with Lateral Bulla Osteotomy (TECA-BO)—a specialized surgery that removes the diseased ear canal to stop chronic pain and infection. He’s already incurred over $1,400 in vet bills, and the surgery is estimated to cost between $6,179 and $7,779.
We’re asking for your help to cover Sir’s medical costs and give him a pain-free future. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to helping Sir live the happy life he’s fought so hard for.
Bubbles Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and rehabilitating dogs just like Sir. Your support means everything.
Please donate, share, and help us heal Sir’s pain—for good.
