The first ever Destination Imagination team from the Carver Center for Arts and Technology has made it to the Global Finals tournament in Knoxville, Tennessee. The team will be embarking on the most amazing journey in 4 short weeks. In addition to competing against teams from all over the United States and the world, they will also have the chance to broaden their knowledge by attending camps in areas of forensic science, 3-D printing, music, dance, microcontrollers and many others. They will have the opportunity to learn from experts from NASA, National Geographic, and many others. This is the experience of a lifetime.
We need help to get these brilliantly creative kids to Tennessee. Please consider supporting our team! They have worked so hard over the past 8 months to get to this point. They are truly deserving of this chance to compete against the top teams from around the world!!
Destination Imagination is a truly amazing program. The Carver Center Ephebiphobics embody the DI spirit and are a beautiful example of what you can achieve with hard work, creative thinking, dedication and passion.
