Help Zaina’s and her family to escape from Gaza

My name is Nour El-Din. I am Zaina’s brother, I am 25 years old, and I graduated from the Islamic University of Gaza with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

I was on my way to reaching my goals and living my dreams, but the war destroyed everything I was working towards.

Since last October, my life has changed like never before. Instead of thinking about my dreams and goals, all I think about now is how to save and provide for my family, who face unimaginable hardships every second. Our suffering is something that words cannot describe. How can I describe the grief that overwhelmed us after losing our home, the terror we felt every time we had to flee to another home, the fear of hunger and diseases, not to mention the agonizing psychological distress that made our lives feel hopeless? Danger exists every second and everywhere.

We were displaced from our home on the fifth day of the war. The area where the house was located was classified as dangerous, and the occupation forced us to evacuate. After that, we had to vacate our place more than five times, and each time, we were given another chance at life. Every time, we lost part of our dreams of returning and part of our memories. Due to sudden evacuation decisions, we also lost part of our personal belongings until we no longer had anything but our souls. However, we move from one place to another, and each time, we hope that the displacement will be the last.

Our residential square was bombed, and the neighborhood in which we lived was completely destroyed, in addition to the destruction of our other house and the family shop. All our hopes disappeared. We have lost the memories and all the efforts of my family for many years.

All our memories have become ashes.

Currently, zaina and my family is displaced in khanyounis They suffer from the risk of death that may befall them every second, the risk of starvation due to the limited availability of food and its prices ten times normal, and the risk of losing any member of my family due to continuous and indiscriminate bombing.

All I hope for now is for my family to get out of the circle of constant danger and fear and to complete my education, which stopped without any prospects in Gaza, so that one day I can help my family and my people and achieve my dreams.

My family, which consists of 7 members lives in a tent whose area does not exceed 9 square meters, which is very cold at night and very hot during the day, without any necessities for a normal life.

I humbly reach out to compassionate souls around the world and appeal for their support in saving the lives of my beloved family as I seek to raise €60,000 to facilitate my family’s journey to Egypt.

The money will be transferred to the family relative in France, who will then transfer it to Egypt through the Western Union money transfer service to pay the required amount to Hala Consulting and Tourism Services Company. Hala Company is responsible for conducting examinations and facilitating travel from Gaza.
