Help with vet bills

My name is Gary Lanphere and my Dog's Name is Georgia. Well I live at 330 E Timberlake Dr and my black lab and she is blind due to diabetes. On the 10th my dog and I got hit crossing the road from my mail box and the driver of the dark blue Honda that hit us was speeding and didn't even hit their brakes, hit and run I just want to thank that driver for the $2,185.00 for the vet bills that you gave me for Christmas!
