Prayers and Support for Steven

Steven A is a young man who plays soccer in Palm Beach Gardens. At the time of writing, Steven is fighting for his life after suffering severe injuries when he was involved in a traffic incident.

This news is devastating for all of us at PBG Soccer. Coaches, teammates, and friends alike all love Steven. I have known Steven personally for many years as he has been part of our club, starting on one of our third teams at the younger ages and is now a vital part of our successful 2010 ECNL NL squad. His love for soccer is evident and infectious to everyone he is around, and he is everything that quantifies success, development, and growth within our program. Not only this, but he is a wonderful boy who is maturing into a wonderful young man. Funny, respectful, honorable, and with an amazing appetite for life and soccer.

Below is a note from Steven's aunt:

"Dear friends & family,

As some of you may already know, the devastating news about my 14-year-old nephew, Steven, who was involved in a tragic accident. He is currently in the hospital with a severe brain injury, fighting for his life, and the doctors have shared a difficult prognosis. However, we believe in the power of prayer and in a God who performs miracles. We are holding onto hope, faith, and love for Steven.

This heartbreaking situation has placed an immense emotional strain on our family. His parents, Carolina and Hugo, have not left his side, determined to be there for him every step of the way.

We are humbly asking for your help during this incredibly challenging time.

Above all, we ask for your prayers for Steven—prayers for healing, strength, and a miracle. Your faith and kindness mean more to us than words can express. Every contribution, whether through a donation or sharing this campaign, brings hope to our family.
