Beloved friends - in this time of crisis we are more grateful for loving and supporting community than ever. Due to the Palisades fire, my childhood home is now gone forever. The only home I’ve ever really known. I didn’t ever think we’d be here, but the life my mom built and everything important to her has disappeared. Neither of us were home when this happened, so it became impossible to grab anything we wanted or needed, all that’s now disappeared. The memories are irreplaceable, 100% of our belongings and valuables are gone. My mother is stranded with no home, birth records, clothes, or a car. We lost her cameras and her life’s work of photography. If you know my mom, shes not only so special, but an admirable volunteer, who’s continued to put the lives of so many before her. Now, what she needs is for the people around her to do the same, which we are so grateful for. We are trying our best to receive help and support from others. In the face of this disaster, we are counting on community support and the love of the community to build back our life. Thank you - we love you - we love pali. #palistrong♥️
