Puerto Engabao Surf & Skate Club (instagram @puertoengabaosufskateclub) ha logrado que estos 10 niños talentosos participen en todas las competencias de skate a nivel nacional con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación, 3 de ellos terminaron en el podio nacional en su categoría el año pasado. Ahora, necesitan tu apoyo para alcanzar su mayor sueño: competir en la final nacional infantil de skate en las Islas Galápagos.

Este evento podría ser un antes y un después en sus vidas, llevándolos a alcanzar su pasión y alejándolos de los problemas sociales de la comunidad. A pesar de todo su esfuerzo, no han podido recaudar el dinero necesario para este último gran paso, por ende, cada aporte cuenta. ♥️

El Contexto

Puerto Engabao es un pequeño pueblo pesquero olvidado por las autoridades debido a sus raíces indígenas y su ubicación aislada.

Hace 2 años, un skatepark fue construido como un refugio para los niños, ayudándolos a mantenerse alejados de las calles, enfocando su energía en el deporte y en cumplir sus sueños.

¡Esta es su 5ª competencia y la gran final! Pero... el costo es muy alto y aunque están clasificados, no tienen los recursos para ir. Para estos niños esta podría ser la única oportunidad de participar en un evento tan importante a nivel nacional y descubrir el tesoro de las Islas Galápagos. ¡Brindemosles nuestro apoyo ahora!

Ellos han logrado llegar hasta aquí participando en todas las clasificatorias a lo largo del país, pero el reto económico para esta última etapa es demasiado grande. Necesitamos tu ayuda para que puedan seguir patinando hacia su sueño.

Puerto Engabao Surf & Skate Club (Instagram: @puertoengabaosurfskateclub) has managed to help 10 talented kids participate in all the national skate competitions with tremendous effort and dedication. Last year, 3 of them finished on the national podium in their age category. Now, they need your support to reach their ultimate dream: competing in the National Children's Skate Final in the Galápagos Islands.

This event could be life-changing for these kids, allowing them to pursue their passion while staying away from the social problems that challenge their community. Despite all their efforts, they have not been able to raise enough funds for this final step, which is why every contribution counts. ♥️

The Context

Puerto Engabao is a small fishing village that has been neglected by authorities due to its indigenous roots and remote location.

Two years ago, a skatepark was built to provide a safe haven for the children, keeping them off the streets and focusing their energy on sports and achieving their dreams.

This is their 5th competition and it’s the grand final! But... the cost is high, and even though they’ve qualified, they don’t have the resources to make the trip. For these children, this could be the only opportunity to compete in such an important national event and discover the wonders of the Galápagos Islands. Let’s give them our support now!

They’ve made it this far, participating in all the qualifiers across the country, but the financial challenge for this final stage is overwhelming. We need your help to keep them skating toward their dream.
