3D printing PPE
Donation protected
A group of dental technicians will be 3D printing PPE equipment for our fantastic NHS as these are currently in short supply.
1 litre for 50 visors costs approx £180 and we are using more and more of this and other biocompatible resins..
These visors have been designed by Steve Campbell & the Envisiontec team & validated for use by the NHS)
Printing in the E materials means this a long term hot and cold sterilizable product so does not need to be disposed of after use.
We also need use special PET sheets for the screens and elasticated headbands, which are helping to save lives .
With your kind help we can print more and more of these for the local communities.
Everything will be documented.
