Make a wish come true for Rachell

A year and a half ago then 30 year old Rachell was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. Since then, she's had both breasts plus 15  cancer positive lymph nodes removed, gone through chemo & radiation, survived a nasty infection, had reconstructive surgery,&  suffered minor issues with that. Thinking that the fight was almost over. Only to be re diagnosed a few months ago with stage 4 cancer, and is now labeled as "terminal". Most recently we discovered that the cancer has now gone to her spinal fluid. This cancer is a monster, and the unfortunate truth is that this may be her last Christmas. Please help her Christmas wish come true of going to New York City for Christmas. I cant think of anyone who deserves it more. Thank you.
