Ski Hill Groomer and Snowmaking Expenses
Do you want to support a volunteer non-profit that dedicates so much to making skiing and snowboarding accessible in Southern Vermont? The Brattleboro Ski Hill operates a T-Bar ski lift at Living Memorial Park during the winter months, providing snowmaking and grooming capabilities allowing us extraordinary conditions when other small areas are closed. We experienced many equipment failures and face extraordinary maintenance expenses this summer to prepare our snow groomer for snow. We are looking for the community's help. If you are someone that supports and appreciates the work we do, help us raise some money to offset costs for routine maintenance and replacement of our snowmaking water pump. These costs accumulate to more than $30,000! We hope you can help us to continue to provide for our wonderful mission.
Living Memorial Park Snow Sports operates the Brattleboro Ski Hill and focuses on providing quality, affordable, and beautiful skiing and snowboarding to our community's youth. Keeping children and teens busy with a snow sporting recreational activity keeps them motivated and out of trouble. Operating as a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) and only with volunteers, it makes us unique to other areas like ours. We offer snow-making capabilities, grooming, ski patrol, a terrain park, as well as a lift ticket for only $5.00.
