Skid Row 3on3 Streetball League

Founded in 2006, the Skid Row 3on3 Streetball League is a community-based organization that uses basketball as a tool to mentor and teach life skills to at-promise youth and adults, primarily those experiencing homelessness, at-risk of homelessness or formerly homeless.

The League impacts the communities it serves by providing direct access to resources and therefore, transforming the mindset of unhoused community members from a sense of hopelessness and negativity to that of possibilities and positiveness.

The services provided will include group activities and workshops, during which students will participate in arts and crafts activities, basketball skill clinics, and receive mentorship on teamwork, conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies. 

The funds raised will used to support existing and future programing.
