Help Snowmobile/Barefooter Fines

Saturday, Patrick waterskied and barefooted behind a snowmobile driven by his buddy Jory through the Weirs channel. As CJ Gulbicki said on Channel 9 News about the skimming video, "you can't put a price on legendary".  Apparently, that price is $496 courtesy of the NH Fish & Game. Anything helps, Thanks!
