Skin Removal Surgery After Natural Weight Loss

In March 2019 I was diagnosed with toxic diabetes (my a1c was 11.3) at 428lbs. I left an emergency endocrinologist appointment with insulin in hand and change in my heart. Over the course of nine short weeks, I had beaten diabetes (pre-diabetic) and continued on my journey to health. By six months I was down 102lbs and my a1c a normal 5.3. I celebrated my one-year anniversary with a 150lb loss.
Summer of 2020 I moved from Michigan to Georgia, fell in love, and found out I was pregnant September 2020. Doctors told me for over a decade I couldn't carry my own children without medical intervention. Surprise! Unfortunately I gained 81lbs during my pregnancy, but jumped right back into it after my son was born May 2021.
As of today, I've lost 214.4lbs from the top. The regain pushes it to 295.4lbs, which I’ve worked hard to lose naturally.
After such an extreme weight loss journey, you are left with lots of excess skin. I saw my surgeon for a consultation on July 6th, 2022 and he told me I likely have 25-30lbs of skin that needs to be removed from my body. The surgeries will be in two parts for safety (and this also allows me time to help raise funds).
Surgery one will be a Brachio-Thoroco-Mastopexy, an extended arm lift, slight back lift, and breast reconstruction. This surgery will cost me $15,311 and is scheduled for October 21st, 2022. I will need $1,500 to book the surgery and the rest will have to be paid in full 30 days prior to surgery at my pre-op appointment (mid September 2022).
Surgery two will be a Belt Lipectomy, a 360 with an FDL (fleur de lis). This surgery will cost me $20,527 and will likely be scheduled mid to late 2023. Ten percent will be needed to schedule this portion ($2,057.70) and the rest will also need to be paid in full 30 days prior to surgery.
Together both surgeries are a total of $35,838. Insurance covers none of this and is considered cosmetic.
Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a tough bill to swallow alone (and all at once).
