Help Jen Give Away 1000 Encouraging Books to Teens

Hi, my name is Jen.

Growing up, I often struggled with shyness and a lack of confidence. While I still experience these feelings at times, I have learned some amazing ways to shift my mindset and stay positive and happy.

This empowering book is filled with activities and games to help pre-teens and teens boost their confidence and happiness. The book is designed to be fun and engaging which isn't always the case with youth self-improvement books that are currently on the shelf.

Skip the Bad Songs is the book teens have been waiting for! Please help me bring this book to life and put it in the hands of as many anxious, stressed teens as we can.
