In May of 2022, after an abnormal breast exam during a routine prenatal visit with her OBGYN, Amy Van Leuven was diagnosed with Stage III Breast Cancer.
Amy lives in Utah with her husband, Bryce, and her 3 year old daughter, Piper. The Van Leuven’s also house a dog, a cat, three horses, and a paddling of ducks! They are eagerly looking forward to welcoming their second daughter into the family (due September 2022). With this devastating cancer diagnosis, Amy's team of doctors are working tirelessly to free Amy of her disease while ensuring a safe and healthy entrance into the world for her youngest daughter.

With a future career as a licensed psychotherapist in her sights (she graduated with her Masters in Social Work in June 2022), Amy's drive to make this world a better place is undeniable.
