Help! I need a propane delivery!

I am in dire need of a propane delivery. My tank is almost empty and I do not get my social security check for another three weeks. I have tried for help in all agencies located in New Mexico but my socail security check is over the limit for help. I am 76 years old, disabled, and I am very cold. Please help me.
