Nothing has highlighted the need for mental health services more than the recent lockdown.
People have been forced into isolation to keep themselves and their loved ones safe, but in turn this has also driven alot of people to feel lonely and depressed.

Having suffered with mental health problems all my life, I know how vital it is to have a place that you can really open up and be your true self....no "I'm fine".....to actually open up and say exactly what is in your head without fear of judgement.
This safe place is invaluable to people who are struggling just to get to the end of the day.

I know what it's like to loose all hope and feel that I have nowhere to turn......but I am so grateful that I now know different!!!

I am doing this jump to try and raise money for 2 amazing mental health clubs where I live....these clubs have shown kindness and support during times when people have lost all hope and been at their lowest....the people involved have built a safe haven for not only women but also men and this came following the tragic death of 2 young men in our community.

Let's help to stop the stigma around mental health and give these charities the money needed to continue providing the lifesaving support they give.
