Skylar's Legacy: Volleyball Scholarship

On February 23rd, 2025 - Skylar Lavender tragically passed away at the age of 12 years old. Sky began playing club volleyball at 10 years old and dreamed of becoming a college volleyball player. She was so talented and loved volleyball more than anything. In her journal she wrote her goals for 2024 and it said “First, I want to become the best

volleyball player, which means a lot more volleyball at home in addition to volleyball practice. Next, is being the best person I can be.”

In honor of Skylar’s passing, we would like to set up a scholarship for a child in need who wants to play club volleyball and cannot afford it. If you feel moved to donate, she would have loved to help another child follow their dreams.
