Skyler Coppom Medical Fund

Skyler has Stage 4 AngioSarcoma in his Spleen and in his Liver. This is an extremely rare cancer which is hard to diagnosis. His blood was not clotting and he was bruising easily which is caused by a blood condition called DIC. He spent 2 weeks at Providence Portland Hospital and 2 weeks at OHSU where he was reliant on blood transfusions.

At OHSU he started Chemotherapy. The Chemo treatments, along with all of our prayers and fasting worked enough for him to go to out patient care.

He will continue to go to the hospital every 21 days for 3 days of inpatient chemo called AIM. This is a very aggressive Chemo. He will get blood work done weekly with possible blood transfusions weekly as well. He has also met with a ND and has multiple in clinic treatments to help support him in his cancer journey. These treatments are extensive.

This fund will help to pay for any medical expenses and extra financial burdens that Skyler will incur as a result of this cancer journey. Funds will be distributed to his mom, Kristin, to be distributed to Skyler as needed as he is unable to work as well.
