Sliman Bensmaia

Dear Friends,

Sliman Bensmaia passed away in his sleep on August 11. We are all heartbroken about this news. Everyone who knew Sliman can tell a funny story of their interactions with him. He was a brilliant neuroscientist, a committed teacher and mentor, a passionate musician, and a wonderful friend. Most importantly, Sliman was a loving husband and father. Many of us have seen videos of him playing piano with Cecily and Maceo and we will cherish those and other memories as demonstrations of all the best things about Sliman. Kerry and the family are grateful for all of the messages of love and support that they have received. We have created this fund for Sliman's children and we invite you to contribute.
