Sludge's Recovery

Outback Truckers star, Sludge (Paul Andrews) was very unfortunate to have a motorbike accident on 4 March 2023. He suffered a fractured skull, eye sockets, cheeks and ribs. A bleed to the brain, torn ligaments in his neck along with back and hip pain.

Wendy, his fiance will be his full-time carer when he is discharged from the hospital (hopefully this weekend 22/23 April). He will then continue his rehabilitation which will include physiotherapy, speech therapy and continuous doctor appointments. Full recovery is expected to take 6 months to 2 years.

During this time Sludge will be unable to operate The Phantom and run his trucking business. All who would like to donate to relieve the financial burden upon both Sludge and Wendy would be greatly appreciated.
