About to be homeless

Hi, my name is Meria. I’m 72 years old and live alone with my dog and cat.

Due to a recent illness I was unable to work and was not paid for time. I got behind on my bills. My rent payment takes my whole social security check so I need to find a cheaper place to live. I can’t pay my rent and my bills this month so I’m in danger of being evicted with no place to go.

I also suffer from depression so it’s hard for me to function some days.

I need help right away. Rent is due by the 3rd of April.
