Small acts can change a life. Jill NEEDS our help

Jill would probably have something goofy to say, like that commercial-

“I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”

but after hearing about her breaking her ankle, I feel “I” have to step up.

I’m going to reach out, hoping to encourage financial donations to help Jill Parslow during this season of giving.

She lives a modest life dedicated to her dogs and supports other dogs with her time helping them network with their forever homes through her Facebook posts.

Breaking her ankle while out on a nature walk with her own beloved dog most certainly was horrible enough, but not being able to work when you are the sole support of your dogs and home is VERY scary.

Let’s try and reach out monetarily, however we can to alleviate some stress of this kind of situation for Jill.

Any amount shows compassion and kindness and all adds up.

goFundMe requires you to set a monetary number of a goal, which is a very daunting task when you are soliciting for donations to help someone. You don’t want to set unrealistic expectations, but in this situation again, every dollar counts. Let’s meet and surpass that goal amount.

Let’s donate the cost of a morning cup of coffee or return that gift that you will never be able to use and donate that money to somebody who absolutely will be able to use it.

Let’s support her and know that her sarcastic jokes on Facebook do not go unseen and unappreciated. Let’s let her know we see her when she posts for each and every dog that is lost or in need of a home. We appreciate the good human being she is, and let’s try and give her a little cushion to fall in to at this very ruff time in her life.

I just want to add that for the Chinese Shar-Pei club of America Top 25 invitational, Jill accepted to be the breeder judge this year. She drove all the way out and gave her time and her expertise with no compensation. She took time off of work, and across drove several states to be there that night. It is with great appreciation and great respect that I acknowledge this. She said it was one of the greatest nights of her life.

I hope she knows how much we all appreciated her contribution and presence.
