Small Acts of Kindness, Go A Mighty Long Way

In recent months, I have been deeply touched by the individuals that I have encountered while running daily errands. Their stories are unimaginable, leaving tears in my eyes and a desire to do something for them. As a member of the Army it is hard to see so many fellow Americans not have access to basic human needs, most things I take for granted. And as the homelessness population continues to rise not only in Indianapolis but around the nation, I feel as though the smallest acts of kindest can go a very long way.

The vision behind me starting this GoFundMe is to raise enough funds to be able to provide care packages with vital hygiene products to maintain oral health and systemic health, non-perishable food items to appease hunger, and a reusable water bottle to quench thirst as temperatures continue to rise. With the support of family, friends, and potentially local organizations and businesses my goal is to be able to provide care packages for at least 100 homeless individuals in and around Indianapolis, and hopefully more in the future.
