Smithfield’s Field of Dreams gymnastics studio was destroyed in the IWIP fire this past week. As the town’s only gymnastics club, we provide a safe place for girls and boys to cultivate their love and appreciation for this wonderful sport. Unfortunately, last week’s devastating fire has put the studio’s very existence in jeopardy. Field of Dreams lost everything in the fire. We are hoping that the town of Smithfield can rally around this club and help raise money as we search for a new home and try to replace what was lost and damaged. From competing at AAU Nationals to performing in the Smithfield Christmas Parade, our gymnasts have represented Smithfield with their heart and soul! Now we are humbly asking for the town to represent us and help these amazing gymnasts get back on their feet! We are a non profit and all donations will be used to secure a new local facility and replace gym equipment. Your generosity will also enable our gymnasts to continue training locally and to represent the town of Smithfield in competitions that we have already committed to.
