My brother, Josh Smith, was diagnosed with ALS, more than 2 years ago, at the age of 29. ALS is a neurodegenerative disease that is 100% fatal, with a prognosis of 2-5 years. There are no treatments or cures for ALS.
Everyday Josh wakes up fighting for himself and all other ALS patients, by advocating with and for his ALS community.
My family continues to need the help and support of there friends and family, as we travel this winding road of medical and travel expenses.
