The one thing I know for sure is that my voice is my greatest gift to the world. Whether it be spoken or written. My voice has an impact, and it commands attention and inspires transformation.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved to sing. Music class in grade school, chorus in middle school, talent shows and special events in high school, I have sang at every opportunity. Weddings, funerals, and special occasions, but mostly in my home and car, the shower and in everyday life. Becoming a famous singer was my childhood dream and in my early twenties, I had a plan to share my singing voice with the world. When I was 21 years old, I was preparing to submit my application to the singing show called Star Search. However, in September 1991, I found out I was pregnant.

I put my dream on the back burner to fulfill the most important role in my life, a mother. Over the years I've earned various degrees and certifications, successfully raised my son who now has his own children, and sacrificed and accomplished all of my dreams except one, the desire to sing and put my music into the world.

A dream delayed is not a dream denied. Now it's time to make this dream come true. I'll be releasing my first single and dropping my debut EP in late summer or early fall. I would love to hear my music on the radio!

I need your help to make this dream a reality.

Radio advertising costs an average of $200 to $5,000 per week depending on location, ad length, and the size of the listening audience. Producing radio commercials costs from $1,000 to $2,500 depending on inclusions like music, voice actors, and editing, but some stations have in-house resources to cut your costs.

Your contributions will help me get my music out into the world to heal, inspire and empower!

Funds will be used to:

Hire and pay a music producer to mix and master a total of 10 songs at a minimum.

Hire a vocal coach.
Create and distribute marketing advertisements for radio.
Build and maintain a website to promote music and artist events and merchandise.
Create and distribute artist merchandise.
Pay for distribution fees.
Pay for legal advice (entertainment attorney ) on intellectual property, trademarks, copyright and royalties.
Produce and distribute CDs.
Develop and execute a pre-order marketing strategy.
