Snowdon for Mental Health

On October 5th 2023 myself and my brother will be walking up Snowdon in memory of our Grandad and in support of mental health. All proceeds raised will be donated to His Mind. His Mind is a Mental Health Support Network based in Oxfordshire for men to speak freely without risk of judgment or barriers.
