Snowdon walk for Iggy

As you all know my brother Gavin "Iggy" Thomas suffered a stroke nearly 9 months ago. This has been a massive life changing event for him, he is still in hospital at the moment and would like nothing more than to go home. We are trying to do everything we can to get him home and into private care to get the support that he needs. We are doing a sponsored walk up Snowdon Mountain on 16th September and I've set up this page in an attempt to raise funds to make his home accessible for him by converting it and also to go towards his private care treatments. Any donations big or small to try to make this happen for him will be hugely appreciated and anyone is welcome to come along.
