SOAR High School Lemelson MIT InvenTeam

This is our Lemelson MIT InvenTeam. We are a group of high school students in the Antelope Valley that are passionate about positively impacting our community. We are focusing on aiding the well-being of students with ADHD and anxiety. We are currently in the process of developing a device that will allow the user to calm their nerves and redirect their attention through breath control and sensory feedback. We have invented a device that utilizes breath control to aid one's well-being. As of February 25th, we are patent pending! The Lemelson MIT InvenTeam Program has generously given us $7,500 and has invited us to EurekaFest at MIT in Boston Massachusetts in June! However, we still have a significant amount to fundraise so that all 27 students and 5 chaperones will be able to attend EurekaFest in June 2023. Additionally, we plan to microprint circuit boards for our wearable device, an expensive endeavor. Every donation counts! We hope you will join us on this great journey!
