SOAR Women: Light the Night

As winter sets in, the shorter days can pose a challenge for many women, limiting access to some of our favourite running routes.

Light the Night calls upon women to gather together and reclaim these routes collectively with a festive 7km trail run over Hampstead Heath.

We are raising money in aid of Refuge, which opened its first refuge in West London in 1971. Since then they have grown to support almost 7,000 women and children every day, experiencing domestic and sexual violence, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution and so-called 'honour' based violence.
