Soccer Medical Expenses for MLS Next Player

Hi Baltimore Armour U15 family and friends.

My name is Stacy, Carter’s father. Friday was a good game but the heat and injuries got to the boys. I’m proud of them all for their efforts. This game that the boys played comes with risks and one of our players got seriously injured Alex Ruiz (AkA Little Alex). He scored an amazing goal which resulted in this horrific injury. It required immediate surgery, which he is recovering from and we hope he will have a swift recovery.

When situations like this occur we need to help support each other. Medical and travel expenses can add up especially with this event being so far away from “home”. I hope everyone can help assist in any way they can for Alex and his family.
