Help: social anxiety, sexual abuse, romance scam

I've had debilitating social anxiety since age 14, and it's been hard to find friends and it's been hard to keep a job. Being sexually abused at age 5 made me ashamed and reserved. I managed to finally find a girlfriend later in life, though. Because she had OCD, I had to stay with her 24/7 and couldn't work. After this girlfriend, I fell into a romance scam online for over a year, and lost a lot of money. Please help me with monthly bills for having a place to live, so I can eventually try to find a stable job, and pay down my immense debt.
