Sofia Grace Durkee Memorial

Sofia Grace Durkee was born September 3rd 2013 & passed away unexpectedly due to heart failure on May 13th 2020. Sofia brought many laughs and smiles to the people she met no matter what. Her personality was one of a kind and anyone who had the chance to meet her could agree she was such a vibrant little girl. She was loved by many and loved others more than you could imagine.Our family is planning to do a memorial / celebration of life for her and anything donated will go straight towards final expenses & cremation services.
