Sophia, Heart Warrior

Hi Everyone this fundraiser is organized by myself, The Rice Family and The Spyridon family to help One Amazing family; Jenn, Andreas , Stella and Baby Sophia.

Sophias was born almost 6 months ago with

Atrioventricular septal defect (ASVD). Every since she made her debut into the world she has been a mighty heart warrior. Even though she is super strong she is still fighting for her life every single day. Since her birth she has spent a total of four months in the hospital. More time there then even at home. Along with her heart defect she is also suffering from

-Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC)

-Hydronephrosis of Kidney

- Chromosomal Defect Multiple Duplications of 14Q band

-Vesicoureteral Reflux of Kidneys (VUR)

-Severe Feeding Intolerances .

Her Mom and Dad, Jen and Andreas have just moved to Myrtle Beach South Carolina a year ago. They have been traveling to MUSC for Sophias Care which is 2 hours away from home. Leaving their 5 year old daughter stella home with her grandparents. The stress is unmanageable. Sophia will have to undergo another Open Heart Surgery soon. The goal for this fundraiser is to raise money for at least two months of all of their bills, to help cover expenses traveling to and from the hospital and maybe some extra for Stella to have a little fun with while she is at home really missing her mom and dad and sister . Lets help this amazing family with some relief so they can focus on their daughters ! No amount donated is too small.
