Solar lights for Puerto Rico

Please READ this information so that you understand what this is for. I am following protocol to the letter to ensure that this aid makes it to people who need it.  Thank you Go fund me for providing clear instructions.

If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf

1. My name is Grimaldi Baez -no middle name.

2. I am from Yabucoa, Puerto Rico - I am an American citizen as are all Puerto Ricans since the Jones Act was imposed on the colony in 1916. I currently live in the city of Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania which has been a commonwealth of the United States of America since December 12th of 1787. Also known as the Keystone State. 

3.The parties that I am purchasing solar lights and portable water filters for and then packaging them up and sending them via USPS to the Island of Puerto Rico so that they arrive in a timely manner before the onset of but not limited to despair, hopelessness, exhaustion, hypothermia, dehydration, dysentery, rage, blindness, starvation, DEATH  are: 
          a.Family Members- meaning persons related to me by blood, kinfolk, or persons who have married into my bloodline.
          b.Friends-persons who I have willingly chosen to enter into a relationship based on a solid exchange of acts of kindness over at least 10 years amounting to a treasury of trust and mutual respect.

4. The funds will be used by me to purchase the following items in bulk so that we can get a 20% discount and make the most of your donations. We have taken the time to source what I have deemed, after consulting with Puerto Rican, Friends, and Family, the appropriate model of portable solar lights which includes USB charging ports so that people can charge cellphones- cellphones they need in order to communicate and stay safe. We have also purchased made in the USA portable water filters. The water filters will be used to filter water, a vital liquid humans need in order to live. Residents of Puerto Rico - who have drinking water- (55% today, do not have access to any water, that is approximately 2 million people who are dying of dehydration or are drinking contaminated water)- are under orders to boil and filter their water. 

I will buy the above-mentioned products on the internet- they will be shipped to my house where I will receive them and carefully package the lights and water filters in cardboard boxes, donated by Mike at the Northern Liberties Mailbox Store and ship them to the verified USPS locations in Puerto Rico. 

Once the packages arrive in Puerto Rico they will be picked up by trusted Friends and Relatives who will distribute the aid using their local, on the ground networks of people who know where the aid needs to go because they are their friends, families, and neighbors. 

We are working with La Asociacion de Documentalistas de Puerto Rico - who have organized a grassroots relief effort for Puerto Rico and contacted me via Social Media and telephone and told me that they are eagerly awaiting the AID that I am trying to send to my country-please help. thank you.
