some Aunts take financial care of niblings

When it rains, it pours and right now, there is some big hail hitting us in the heads as well. My partner and I were living our best lives, visiting family regularly but loving a rural life with some chickens and a sheep named Pancake. We were living rough and off grid, but every moment was amazing, even when it was hard. So, I have an adopted sister who I adore and she has 3 kids I would take many many bullets for. Not to get too deep in her very traumatizing situation, her baby daddy/ common law husband decided that he likes his new girlfriend and her kids better; so he sat my 3 Neuro Divergent niblings down (WITH THE GIRLFRIEND AND WITHOUT TELLING MY SISTER PRIOR); and tell these beautiful babies that he wasn't supposed to be their dad and doesn't want to and that they need to call him Josh from now on instead of Daddy. This is a man who swore to die for these kids, who had full financial control of my sister and these kids all their lives, and a man who only decided that he no longer wanted to be their dad when he got a new girlfriend who didn't like my sister or my niblings. I believe that she convinced him to do this, but that is irrelevant becus the damage is done.

Now, to add insult to injury; this man has filed multiple cases, multiple times, to attempt to relinquish his parental rights. He never serves my sister and is always denied, but the court keeps giving him continuances on the child support case so he can try to relinquish his rights, so heaven only knows when child support will be ordered. His most recent filing literally only said "Reconsider" LOL.... Luckily, the court sends copies of the orders denying him each time he files a new case instead of appealing the first. My sister is disabled as am I and everything is falling on my partner's pay and my disability to keep us going and we are drowning. Not only did our car break down, but we risk losing our housing and uprooting these traumatized kids AGAIN, without help.... I hate to ask, but I don't know what else to do. I am an artist and have been sculpting as fast as I can to try to make sales, but it's simply not enough. If you are able, help would be appreciated.

What we need, an engine for my Equinox and the funds to have our mobile mechanic make the switch; the engine block is warped, so rebuild is not an option as buying a rebuilt engine mathed out cheaper. We also need to pay off our landlord's delayed deposit. This was the only place we could find and to lose it would be devastating.
