unfortunately our sister sadly left us with no warning on the 20th June 22, this was sudden and very unexpected whilst she was on holiday in turkey with my mum and kevin.

 

She was having a lovely time until one day she was taken ill and of course admitted to hospital. Sonya has suffered with ongoing medical problems since birth and has always been in and out of hospital over the years. Over the last few months sonya has been getting increasingly worse with more hospital stays but Dr's here at the Jr always managed to fix her up for a short period of time which lead her to be back and fourth - JR was her second home.

 

Dr's in Turkey were actually going to discharge sonya on the 21st June however on the 20th June in the evening sonya suddenly left us at 23.22pm with what they seem to think was cardiac arrest. This has been a massive shock to all family, friends and even her Dr's in England are shocked and devastated.

 

My mum and kevin was able to come home about 3 days after sonya leaving us. Sonya is now due to fly home on the 1st of July 22.

 

My mum and dad will be arranging sonyas funeral and paying all funeral expenses between them and of course getting their own flowers / wreaths ect.... however us Girls want to try and take some heartache away from them by doing what we can to organise extra little bits from all of us Girls family and sonyas friends.

 

The reason for us setting this Go Fund Me page up was to make sure Sonya gets everything and more in order to make her send off as special and beautiful as we can. Sonya was a massive Everton fan and we would love for her to have lovely Everton themed flowers made into footballs / Everton wreaths / and lots of other beautiful decorations to surround her on the day we all get to say goodbye - This would enable Sonyas friends to contribute if they wish.... All of us Girls ( her 5 sisters ) can arrange to get all the flowers ready for her day - we would also like to get two memorial benchs in memory of our beautiful sister sonya.

 

As stated above my mum and dad will be organising and paying for Sonyas funeral, they will also get what flowers and wreaths they would like to get sonya which would be separate to us.

 

They are happy for us Girls to arrange for other family members and friends to add to sonyas beautiful stash of flowers and Angel Dove package, to make sonyas send off the best it can be.

Once it is time to withdraw all funds for Sonyas day we will of course upload to Facebook all pictures of her wreaths/flowers - Any remaining money will be put towards either a memorial bench or a chosen charity.
