Sonya Warner's Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
Sonya Dodgens Warner, our sister and wife to Jeff Warner , died unexpectedly at the age of 48. Please help us raise funds to cover her funeral expenses at this difficult time.
Sonya was kind, caring, and ever so sweet. She was our "baby" sister and even though she was an adult herself, I still felt very protective of her. Sonya was premature when she was born (her twin brother died) and weighed 1 pound, 13 ounces at birth. She stayed in the hospital several weeks and the day she came home, my parents told us they were bringing home a special treat. We were sure it was ice cream. But it was so much better. It was my baby sister.
Even as a toddler, Sonya wore glasses. This made her even more adorable. She worked hard to get her teaching degree from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College and started her teaching career. She married Jeff Warner and together they started a simple life together.
My sister, Sonya, touched many lives during her short lifetime. Sonya was a second grade teacher at Raleigh Christian Academy. Many students shared that Sonya was their favorite teacher. After teaching, Sonya worked in a medical clinic and one of great joys was bringing in baked goods for her co-workers to enjoy.
Sonya passed away suddenly after suffering from a lingering infection that resulted in walking pneumonia. Please help Jeff through this difficult time with unexpected funeral expenses that may cause even more heartache.
