Sonya Wilson recovery fund

My baby sister, age 19, was hit by a drunk driver while heading home. The driver was driving on the wrong side of the road and hit her head on. It took emergency services nearly an hour to cut her out of the car. She broke both femurs and her collar bone among many other injuries. 

Car insurance will cover some but there will be some up front costs. She will take over a year to recover enough to live normally. My family will need to set up the house for wheelchair. Sonya will be in physical therapy for a long while. 36 months for full recovery. She just finished her first semester of college and will have to postpone her education. Any help is appreciated.
