S…O…O…. SAVE OUR OBIE

Some of you know that I had a power surge incident where my main editing computer, backup drive and redundant drive all got fried. I have managed to salvage some data at the computer repair store, but about 80% of my current work data has been lost.

I do video and photo editing, and had clients pending, some have been understanding and will wait for me to get back on my feet, others cancelled contracts, but worse, some I had to refund as their projects could not be recovered. I already spent a few grand putting out those fires, but I need to get back to editing ASAP or I might not recover from this.

I am a very proud person and asking for help feels physically painful but I don't know what else to do.

I need a new editing computer, and many of you know, they need to be beefy as not any computer can handle the large, high res files I have to work with. None of the stores on my tiny island have what I need, so I need to order on Amazon that will have it delivered to me in a few days.

So my friend Kav set this up for me, she will collect the funds so I can order it off Amazon and immediately get back to work. Times are tough for everyone bit of help will be amazing, and I know I will see many of you at next years IAFC and I will personally do photo/video sessions for those who wish, that is the absolute least I can do, thank you so much friends.
