Hi, my name is Katrina. I am Sophie’s auntie.

As many of you are currently aware Sophie has tragically lost her life whilst on a holiday to Kos - Greece. She was involved in a traffic accident at 9:45am and was transported to hospital where she tragically passed away despite the efforts of medical staff on Monday 29th July 2024.

Unfortunately Sophie did not take out travel insurance or life insurance and therefore our family are left with huge financial costs to bring her home, along with the cost of providing her with a funeral and send off she deserves.

Once all financial monies have covered the repatriation (transported back to the UK) and funeral costs for Sophie. Any/All remaining monies will go in to trust for her 3 beautiful children Corey, Imogen & Reagan. Words can not describe how all three of these children are feeling and we want to make this process as easy as possible without causing any further delays.

As a family we appreciate everyone’s support at this time but do request that we have some privacy, we will update everyone once we have more information.
